A message dated June 23 was received stating the Governor signed the                                                            
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     "An Act relating to the employment rights of employees in the                                                              
     state who are members of the National Guard of another state,
